HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

 

RETURN BY COURIER

If your purchase is not completely satisfactory you can easily return the product in its original packaging with its original label. The return can be made within 60 calendar days of receipt of your order. Pack the product you wish to return in its original packaging, call ACS Courier at (+357)22273000 and send it to the following address: SARKK WAREHOUSE, Aspropyrgos-Filis Avenue, Psari location, P.O. Box: 19300, Aspropyrgos, Greece. It is necessary to fill in the return form that is included in your parcel. Without it, the return process cannot be completed. Place the product and the return form in secure packaging to avoid any damage during transfer.

**The time frame depends solely on the policy of the bank you are working with. You can always check the refund status in your online account or by contacting your bank.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied from your purchase you can easily return the product in its original packaging. The return can be made within 60 calendar days of receipt of your order and is exclusively for a refund for the value of the returned items.

We strongly urge you to return the item in its original packaging with its original tags. It is essential that you bring with you a completed return form and proof of purchase.

The following items may not be returned: underwear, swimwear, perfumes (unless there is original sealed packaging).

Returns with items that have been worn, washed or distressed due to use will not be accepted.

Returns cannot be made at Calvin Klein physical stores.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Cash on Delivery: The amount will be refunded to the account you have indicated on the return form.

Credit/Debit Card or PayPal: The amount will be refunded to your card or PayPal account. The refund time depends on the bank you are working with and can take up to 14 days. If after the 14 day time frame you still have not received the money in your account please contact Calvin Klein customer service by calling at (+357)22054152, send us an e-mail at cs.cy@ck.com, or fill in the Contact Form by clicking HERE.

 

CREDIT VOUCHER

Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a credit note with the value of the returned item(s). You can use it on your next online purchase. The use can be made exclusively on our e-shop and not in physical stores. The credit note's duration is 6 months from the date of receipt. Similarly, a credit voucher issued by one of our physical stores can only be redeemed in the physical store and not online.
