GENERAL INFORMATION
In which countries is it possible to shop online?
Our e-shop makes shipments exclusively in Cyprus.
Can I cancel my Calvin Klein Newsletter subscription?
Yes. You can update your email preferences by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer in any of our emails.
How do I recover my forgotten password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Forgot your password section on the registration page and follow the instructions.
ORDER
How can I be sure that I have placed my order correctly?
You should receive a confirmation email once you’ve placed your order which will include your order number and the billing and shipping addresses you have selected.
Can I track my order?
Yes, the updated status of your order can be tracked in real time. To do this, go to Track my order and enter your order number.
Can I cancel my Calvin Klein Newsletter subscription?

Can I change my order if I have already placed it?
Unfortunately, not. The order you have placed cannot be modified (product, size, colour) once it has already left our warehouses.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If you have received a faulty item or an item that you did not order, please proceed to return the item online. Please click HERE for more information.
PAYMENTS
Which payment methods can I use to make my purchase?
Currently, we accept the following payment methods: Cash, Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Debit Card and PayPal. See the link HERE for more information.
Why has my payment been refused?
Your payment may be refused for any of the following reasons:
1. The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
2. You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
3. You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
If it is not one of the three reasons mentioned above, please contact your bank provider.
How do I use my promotion code?
If you have a promo code, you can redeem it through the payment page. Enter the code in the "OFFER CODE" field and click on the Apply button. Check the expiry date of the promo code before using it.
You cannot use more than one promo code for the same purchase. Codes are not valid on discounted items.
DELIVERY
Where can I receive my order?
Your order can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.) via ACS courier company.
Can the delivery country be different from the country you are in?
Our online store processes orders that are registered and shipped exclusively within Cyprus.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the place of delivery you have chosen. Normal delivery is usually within 3-6 business days, depending on your location. During holiday or discount periods there may be a slight delay. For more details, please refer to our shipping page.
How much do I pay for shipping?

Can I track my order?

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Are out-of-stock items restocked?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.
What is "Notify me"?
We offer our clients the opportunity to create an email notification for items that are currently not available. In order to receive a message when the product becomes available, click the button “Notify Me” on the product page.
Once you receive the notification email you will need to complete the standard online procedure in order to purchase your desired product while it is still available.
RETURNS
How can I make a return?
Pack the product you wish to return in its original packaging and send it to the following address: SARKK DEPOSITORY, Aspropyrgos-Filis Avenue, Psari, P.O. Box: 19300, Aspropyrgos, tel: 211 1764683. Don't forget to fill in and return the printed return form that is in your parcel. Without it, it is not possible to manage the return. Place the product and the return form in secure packaging to avoid any damage during the return.

Do I have to pay for returns?
Returns are always free of charge. Call your local ACS courier branch to have your parcel collected from your premises free of charge. If you choose a different courier company, you will have to bear the return costs yourself.
Within how long do I have the right to return an item I have purchased?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product in its original packaging. The return can be made within 60 calendar days of receiving your order. The company reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the return deadline or returned items that are not in the same condition as received.
How can I know if you have received the item I returned?
Once your parcel arrives at the warehouse and your return has been approved, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
When will I receive the refund for my return?
You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days after your parcel has arrived to at our warehouse, depending on your bank. Cash: The amount will be refunded to the account you have indicated in the refund form. Payment by Credit/Paypal: The amount will be refunded to your credit card as indicated in the form provided in the payment form.
COUPONS & DISCOUNTS
Can I return discounted items?
Discounted items can be returned free of charge within 60 days of receipt. Learn more about our return policy here.
How can I receive and redeem my discount e-shop registration coupon ?
By subscribing to our newsletter, you will receive a promo code with a -10% discount for your first purchase. The code will be sent to you via email to the email address you used upon registration. In this email, you can find the detailed coupon’s terms & conditions.
The newsletter subscription code can be redeemed once, exclusively for online orders in our official e-shop.
In case your discount coupon cannot be applied please note that:
You can only use your coupon in the official Calvin Klein e-shop.
The coupon cannot be used on discounted items or in conjunction with other offers.
The coupon is not refundable & not exchangeable for money.
The coupon is reactivated in case of a total return of an order but cannot be replaced in case of a partial return.
It is also good to know that:
You can enter your code in the "Enter Promo Code" field and then click "Apply Coupon" at check out.
You can only use one promo code per order (unless otherwise stated).
IN STORE REGISTRATION
How can I receive and redeem the discount coupon to enroll in the loyalty program ?
Once you become a member of the Calvin World loyalty program, you will receive via email, to the email address you have filled in, a welcome promo code of -10% for your next purchase. This code can be redeemed once in the eshop or in any physical Calvin Klein store. To find your nearest convenient store click here.
How do I receive and redeem the Birthday discount coupon?
Calvin World loyalty program members who have completed their birthday will receive a -20% discount for their birthday via email as a gift from us. You can only use your birthday voucher in our stores to purchase non-discounted items. To find your nearest store click here.
Other Coupons
The redemption terms & conditions for other types of vouchers are stated in the email with which they are sent.
What can I do if the promo code is not applied to my order?
The main reason why a promo code does not apply to a product is that the product is on sale (or that there is another promotion running that the promo code is excluded from).
It is also possible that the code has expired. In this case it cannot be used or replaced.
If you believe there is another problem with your promo code, contact Calvin Klein customer service here and a Calvin Klein representative will guide you through the process.
COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS
What can I do if I believe I have ordered or purchased a counterfeit item?
If you find an (online) retailer that may be offering counterfeit Calvin Klein products or if you have concerns about the legitimacy of a product that you have purchased, please contact us via our customer service channels and provide as many details as you can (images of the item you purchased, the name and location of the seller and/or the website address).This will help us to identify the problem and follow up accordingly.
