The present website is the online store for the sale of Calvin Klein products via the internet (hereinafter "the Store") of the limited liability company under the name "SARKK SA" and the distinctive title "SARKK SA" (with Tax ID 094526950) of the Tax Office of Athens and with GEMI Number 124189401000) based in Greece, in Halandri, Attica, at 67 Tzavella Street and Mesogeion Street (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company' or 'SARKK SA'), which operates and manages the physical stores of Calvin Klein. These General Terms and Conditions of Transaction (hereinafter, the "GTC") are intended to set out in a clear, distinct and comprehensible manner, subject to the principle of good faith and the provisions governing the validity of legal transactions, the terms governing and regulating the relations between the Company and each visitor and/or customer of the Store, in accordance with the relevant legislation on Consumer Protection (Directive 2011/83/EU, Directive 2011/83/EU, M. A. 5338/2018, codified Law 2251/1994), Electronic Commerce (Decree 131/2003) and the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data (EU Regulation 2016/679, Laws 2472/1997 and 3471/2006), as currently in force.

Every time you enter, browse and transact with the Store, you become a visitor and/or customer of the Store, as long as you make a transaction. The products sold by the Store are products of the Company (hereinafter the "Products"). The characteristics and other accompanying data (e.g. indicatively the existence of warranty, the identity, any instructions, etc.) are available and you can find them by following the search instructions listed in the Store and by clicking on the name of the respective product. The prices listed in the relevant catalogues next to each product include VAT (19%). These prices refer to the Products and the quantities that are available in the Company's warehouse, while the Store reserves the right to adjust prices without notice.

It is expressly provided that Greek law is applicable. For any dispute that may arise from these Terms and Conditions, the Courts of Athens are agreed to be exclusively competent.

 

ELECTRONIC DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Company, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21.5.2013 on the electronic resolution of consumer disputes, Directive No. 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes and Ministerial Decision No. (Government Gazette No. B' 1421/2015), informs you of the possibility of out-of-court resolution of any dispute related to your transactions with the Store through the European Commission's e-dispute resolution platform here.

Any provision of the above terms becomes contrary to the law, shall automatically cease to apply and shall be removed from the present, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms.
